How does the budget system work?

Women choose a budget, time, and area when available for a date. Then, men propose a date location within that area as well as budget.

What if one of us doesn't show up?

If a user fails to show up for the date at the arranged time and location, he or she will be penalized.

Can I still chat with matches?
